Club Penguin-EPF Spy Phone Update

Hey penguins,whats up Club penguin have finally updated the EPF Spy Phone.And guess what Club penguin have added a new app for members only I think its only capable of  doing it during the party or after the party any I am still trying to use it.Also have you seen the Pizza Parlour I say herbert was up to something again as usual.And However the EPF Construtction is delayed due to the cause of the Pizza Parlour check out the picture I caught.
